Shipping & Returns
We pack all our brocante items very well and we usually post by Colisimo International Post tracked and insured.
We will get you a shipping quote for your item/s but we will need you to supply us with the shipping adddress and postcode/zipcode.
Larger items will be sent by UPS or fedex international economy or we can get a quote for you from a specialist antiques shipper for delicate items ( although this is usually much more expensive).
All our items are sold 'as is' and we do not accept returns.
We do our best to describe & photograph the condition and state of each item for you but we do not accept responsibility for slight variance from our description.
Should an item be damaged in transit - you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods describing the damage and sending us photographs of the damaged item and the packaging it came in so we can clearly see the damage. Any damage caused by user error or the recipient unpacking the goods will not be covered or refunded.
In the rare case of damage in transit, we will claim against the post office for the damaged item and provide the relevant restitution once the claim has been approved.
For larger items of antique and vintage furniture , we do not accept returns and no refunds are given.
Should we however agree a return on a good will basis, the customer is responsible for payment of the return shipping cost in full incl. insurance and we reserve the right to charge a 35% restocking fee + any reparations to the item concerned from damage during shipping or while with the customer.
